Terms of Service
Last updated: January 23, 2026
These Terms of Service govern your use of the LNW Leavenworth Concrete website and the services we provide. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
Services Provided
LNW Leavenworth Concrete provides professional concrete installation, repair, and related construction services to residential and commercial clients in Leavenworth, Kansas and surrounding areas. Our services include but are not limited to driveways, patios, foundations, decorative concrete work, and concrete repair. Specific details of services to be provided will be outlined in individual project contracts or estimates.
Estimates and Contracts
All estimates provided are based on information available at the time of inspection and are subject to change if site conditions differ from initial assessment. Written estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified. A signed contract and deposit may be required before work begins. Final pricing will be detailed in the signed contract between you and LNW Leavenworth Concrete.
Payment Terms
Payment terms will be specified in your project contract. Typically, a deposit is required to schedule work, with the remaining balance due upon completion of the project. We accept various payment methods as outlined in your contract. Failure to make payment according to agreed terms may result in delays or suspension of work until payment issues are resolved.
Project Timeline and Delays
We strive to complete all projects within the estimated timeframe provided. However, factors beyond our control such as weather conditions, material delivery delays, or unexpected site conditions may affect the schedule. We will communicate any delays promptly and work to minimize impact on your timeline. LNW Leavenworth Concrete is not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Warranty and Guarantees
We stand behind the quality of our work. Specific warranty terms will be detailed in your project contract. Warranties typically cover defects in workmanship but do not cover damage caused by improper use, lack of maintenance, ground settlement, or acts of nature. Concrete may develop minor cosmetic cracks as part of the natural curing process, which are not considered defects. Any warranty claims must be submitted in writing within the warranty period specified in your contract.
Cancellations and Changes
If you need to cancel or modify a scheduled project, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellation policies and any associated fees will be outlined in your contract. Changes to project scope after work has begun may result in additional charges and timeline adjustments. We will provide updated estimates for any requested changes before proceeding with modified work.
Property Access and Site Conditions
You agree to provide clear access to the work site and to remove any obstacles that may interfere with the project. You are responsible for marking any underground utilities or sprinkler systems prior to excavation work. We will take reasonable care to protect your property during the project, but are not responsible for damage to unmarked utilities, landscaping in the immediate work area, or pre-existing damage to structures.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LNW Leavenworth Concrete shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from our services or this agreement. Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid for those specific services. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory under which damages are claimed.
Insurance and Licensing
LNW Leavenworth Concrete maintains appropriate liability insurance and workers compensation coverage as required by Kansas law. We hold all necessary licenses and permits to perform concrete work in our service area. Proof of insurance and licensing can be provided upon request.
Disputes and Governing Law
Any disputes arising from our services or these terms shall first be addressed through good faith negotiation between the parties. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be governed by the laws of the State of Kansas. Any legal action must be brought in the appropriate court in Leavenworth County, Kansas.
